1850's Housesite

Got out trying to redeem myself after Nate (dirtdigger1581) put the pounding on me at the coloinal church site

This was a recon mission in search of Civil War activity in the area. To me, this is just standard house site stuff. I would consider myself more of a civil war relic hunter that likes the deep woods and swamps. But, this area has not been hit hard and we have lots of leads and research to back it up. The great thing is we have been granted permission to hunt over 500 plus acres to search for it. Three pre civil war homes and one colonial home on the land granted to hunt. So I think we will be pulling relics from these fields. This was a short hunt (2 hours).

Sounds good!! Need to get my son to show me how to post some pics. LOL for the life of me I can't get it to work. Working on some new area's with some good potential there!

No, I have not figured that MXT Pro out yet. Just doesn't make sense to me. Not a lot of controls or tweaking to do on it. Just scares me that the depth is just not there. I believe that the MXT Pro makes more noise than my T2 SE. The difference, the T2 SE find relics and the MXT Pro has not!

Did you try cranking the gain up? Run it as hot as you can, if the ground will allow it.
