1861 LAND DEED "CIVIL WAR ERA"

I have a 1861 Civil War Period Land Deed for sale. The deed is "ORIGINAL"...NOT A REPO.

It was signed in McConnellsburg Pa. and Hand written along with set type.

The deed measures 9 1/4" x 3 3/4" when folded. When you unfold it once it is 17" X 14". When it is unfolded twice it is 21 1/2" x 16 1/2". It has Crease Tears BUT NO PART of the document is missing.

GREAT C.W. COLLECTIBLE and would look really Great Framed.

The deed was recorded in 1864...The actual signing was in 1861 as stated inside the deed.

I picked up something similar at an estate sale. It's a contract written in April 1864 just weeks before the end of the war. It has a George Washington one cent stamp on it as well and is in really good condition.
