Prussian (German) 5 marks, 90% silver. The inscription translates as, "William, Emperor of Germany [and] King of Prussia." The "B" mintmark is for either Bayreuth or Breslau. I believe this coin is worth about $50 in Very Fine condition. Here's a similar one, but with an "A" (Berlin) mintmark.

"Gott Mit Uns" is (roughly) God with us. Wilhelm I was King of Prussia 1861-1888 and emperor of Germany 1871 - 1888.
 

WOW !! You guys are good !! 8) That's the exact coin,just different mint mark.This one I have is in excellent condition. I think this one will be a "Keeper" Thanks for your help,not only will I buy you a cup of coffee,but will spring for the donuts !!!
