1876 map leads to an "Old-KY-Home"
Using a recently found 1876 map of a certain county in KY, I was able to track down old home business sites now vacant and confirm age of standing homes.
This poor Large Cent is totally unreadable, even with all my "oil it, light it from the edge under a magifying glass" tricks, but it rings good when dropped. 27mm
The India 1/2 Pice is a George V, and this is the first year for him, which ran until 1936, bronze 21mm.
The 1917 Merc, plain, is the second year and highest mintage (55.230 million) until 1935.
Is this gen serv button WW1 vintage? -thanks
