1878 Seated Lib. Dime + a metal button

Hi again folks. My 3 Cent piece pic. seemed to go over well yesterday, so I thought I would use the same extreme close up method and post the holed Liberty dime I found a few days ago (It's in such poor shape that I'm going to re-mount it and wear it myself) and a metal button. Both these are from the same area I've been hunting that is an old C.W. camp. Was that a common syle button? It's in rough shape but I'd still like to know what it might be from.
