I got bored today and hit the woods behind my house. I found the 1872 semi key indian in this spot a few weeks ago.
I got a good signal. And dug the hole. I thought for sure it was a v nickel and put it in my pouch. But when I get home and get it cleaned. I realize it's an indian head. Dated 1895
It's larger than a normal indian but still the same thickness. Any thoughts on this. It is the same size of a v nickel.
