I'm not real sure what "Rockets Will be sent up to the Sticks" Means.
My guess... " over a wooded area " maybe even a Park.

I've never been to Scranton that I'm aware, other then getting off I-81 as a Teen,
Driving into town, and following my nose to get home by way of back roads.
we used to do that allot. we called it getting lost just to see how hard it would be to find my way home
from Jabip without a clue
