Can I get a whoohoo!

Finally found a buffalo nickel!! :headbang: Its not a rare item but it is one the milestones Ive been waiting on. 1925 date.

Also found a coolarse token.. " NASHVILLE COACH CO. / GOOD FOR ONE SCHOOL FARE ". I dont know anything about it yet but its WAY cool! Got a 1958 wheatie as well.

All three goodies are from the 1899 house Ive hit for the 4th time, but with the DFX this go round. I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!

Great job on the Buff milestone Brian. Love that token too.
I remember our family vacations in the early 70's going to Lookout Mountain. I'm not sure if I could make it through "Fatman Squeeze" now? ??? :D
Congrats,

WHOOHOO!!! Congrats on the goal of finding the buffalo and on finding the token. The token is from the early 1940's and is quite common. It catalogues for 50 cents in brass. Still a cool find no matter what it's worth.

Nice Digs...Congrats on scoring your first Buff Nickel...HH

isnt it strange how a home can be built in 1899 and not i single coin was lost until 1925 you would think at least one goes to show how much money they had back then I have permission to search a farm built in 1854 and the oldest coin I found was 1901 indian head and I think what happened to the other 47 years before

Yep. the oldest coin find from there so far is a 1918 wheatie. Kinda strange that I cant get anything earlier. ???
