18k Gold Ring Garage Sale Find! Need a little help! Thanks

Hey all,
Haven't posted in a while, been busy with school starting,
Thanks in advance for the help.

Picked this ring up at a garage sale for $80 buck today, weight is 9.3g of 18k solid gold. Very unique ring. I think its retro period.

Does anyone know the maker/ designer? I've included a stamp. Stamped 18k next to it.
