Found this globe today for $5. It's seems to be a 1936 or 1937. It's a 16" Cram's Deluxe Political, Terrestrial Globe. Not in the best of shape, but I like the patina.

That is a really nice globe. I'd be proud of it.

That's an awesome score for $5.00!! I'd buy that all day at that price. Good spot!

Dang - I wouldn't have passed that puppy by - nice buy! Thanks for sharing...

This post made me think I've got an old globe someplace around here and I was right on where I thought I stashed it. Dang! I'm hanging on to much stuff. Yours is in way better condition then mine. Mine's all scratched up and dusty. I can't remember where for sure I even got this one I have or how much I even gave for it. :dontknow: I guess I'm like the "American Pickers" Frank Fritz, mission statement "we'll buy anything we think we can make a buck on" When I'll ever get out and make that buck on this junk I hoard is anybody's clue??. I keep thinking I should be like those flea market vendors and get a move on with this stuff. Mama say's sometimes, can you do something with this junk or whatever you think it is? All I do is keep moving it so it's out of her sight and mind. Problem with that is, it goes out of my sight in mind and I start to forget what things I have.
