solid brass pin back, at least 113 years old, found one sold a couple years ago on ebay, but unable to find anywhere else

They are very interesting pieces. And September, 1900 was the very first year they held a harvest festival in Pendleton. It was a week-long event that the merchants in town decided to host after having a very successful and profitable 4th of July street fair that same year.

But assigning a value to something like this is very difficult. There isn't really much of a market for this type of memorabilia. You could get some experts to look at it but the value won't be much.
