1904 schoolyard finds

whites6000inPa · Oct 29, 2005

Well......back to the old schoolyard that coughed up the 8 silver rosies yesterday to try my luck again. Today I scored a little clad....lots of wheaties...maybe 20 or so...and 5 more pieces of silver, 2 rosies 1952 and 1964, 2 mercury dimes, 1944 and 1945...and a sterling floral band. I was beginning to think I'd been cursed and would never find another ring. If it was a curse...it was lifted this afternoon.

All in all....It was a nice outing...even if it was a little chilly this morning...42 degrees F...brrrr.

Very nice!!! Your 6000 and the Eagle that I had, could still give some of todays machines a run for their money. I loved my eagle, and I hated to retire it. WTG!! HH
