My first two notable coin finds, pretty close in date and style. 1906 & 1907 Canadian One Cents. The feeling as my good buds describe knowing your about to unearth a coin is unexplainable, I am forever hooked now.

Your breaking into the 1800's next coin I know it! [emoji2]

I dig a few older Canadian coins a year. I don't know much about them, so I don't have quit the attachment or knowledge as you might have, but I like finding them still. I used to buy Canadian coins back when silver was only about $2.50 and ounce and those silver halves in my opinion are the prettiest coins in the world with all the wildlife and scenes on them. Seems the U.S. is trying to do the same now with our National Parks quarters.

They do have some intricate designs, the detail is amazing when you think when these were made. I can't wait to start digging a collection of some U.S. coins. I never saw a National Park quarter I am going to look em up right now.
