Decided last minute to go for a hunt near home and ended up with two Canadian large cents. Funny they are exactly a decade apart in age. Was hoping for some silver tonight but the bugs were insane so I bailed out on doing a long hunt. They have a thick crust but seem to be in decent shape underneath. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]

That's great. What year? Those two yesterday make it 47 Canadian large cents I've found compared to 1 us large cent up here in Nova Scotia! [emoji2]

A copper kinda day. Lol Nothing wrong with that, great day!!

Congrats!!

I hear you on the bugs buddy.

When I stop moving to dig a hit is when they get their chance to strike! Haha
At least down my way I never seen one tick yet this year!

Somehow it does amaze me how our neighbor up north was still producing those huge pennies . 1919 was their last one.I don't have very many of those, but they are still a thrill to find .Good job you did there.

Actually 1920 was the last year for large cents. There was small and large made that year. I've found the small 1920 cent but not a large 1920 cent yet!

Nice looking Large Cents. I really like the design on the 1918.

Deer flies were horrible here today . Was in a cut hayfield but it was better then 2 weeks ago when I went cellar hole hunting and ended up with 7 ticks on me . God I hate them things

Nice LC's.
I love those things. Congrats.
