✅ SOLVED 1910 or 1919 silver coin

I thought it was a nickle, but cleaned it it a little and saw that it had the eagle and shield. The back side is completely worn. it's silver, and the size of a nickle. I thought it would be easy to identify, but I don't see anything like it in the coin identification sites. Ideas?

c6corvette is right. This is a US-Philippines coin. They were minted from 1903-1945. Coins dated 1903-1919 were struck at either the Philadelphia or San Francisco mints.
