1912 justrite miners lamp

I got a 1912 miners carbide lamp at a yard sale today,it is in very good condition(with the hat).I found another one on e-bay for $150 .Is this a fair price for this item?or? This is the first one I have seen that was in this good of shape,and the first one I have seen with the hat.Any input is greatly appriciated.
