watch fob from an annual rodeo in Miles City, Montana

Neat watch fob.....a soak in hydrogen peroxide should bring out the detail better.

Thanx for info

Hello Dirfisher707. Real nice find you got there...probably not many of them out there. HH. C9

Real nice Western fob, someone was bummed when they lost that one.
All I've found was it was the first year of that roundup.
Here's a blurb...

"Since 1914, the country’s best bucking stock have been showcased at this world-famous event in Miles City. The party atmosphere follows the crowds from the rodeo into town and every bar throughout the long weekend for concerts, street dances, and a small-town parade. For horses, bulls, and riders, this is the event to get noticed."

Hope this helps.
Should be very collectible, only see postcards of the event for sale.
I know out here in Denver, people would real happy digging that up.
Kudos!
Carl

There was a 1917 fob with an estimate of $100-175, from 2013.
Don't know if it sold or not.
Best bet is to get it all nice and cleaned up and send some good, sharp photos to Mark Parker,
at Western & Eastern.

Nice fob !!!! I would have been very happy ! Congrats

That fob is a great find, with the date & year on it. Those are the kind of finds I love to dig.
