Gonna go look at one tomorrow is there any chance of counterfeit? How do I tell?

It's the $5 gold Indian- 1915

I'd guess the weight, diameter and thickness would be a good start. At a minimum you'll be able to tell if it's gold or not.

Yes, good chance it could be counterfeit. If it is a 1915 D it is definitely counterfeit, otherwise it takes experience to tell. If you don't have the experience to tell or take someone who does with you, then you are taking a chance.
