I was going through some more of my brothers collection and came across this coin the puzzled me. So, I posted on a Facebook page about counterfeits and promptly got s correct ID.
IT is a contemporary counterfeit 5 dollar gold coin that was struck on a silver planchet. Value on it is $75-$100. IF it didn't have the hole value would be double. If you look closely there are still faint remnants of gold plating on it.
