Blessed today to dig a damaged 1920’s Chero Cola bottle marked Nashville TN, at Nashville Glendale Park Zoo bottle dump!
Park is today hidden in a beautiful suburban Nashville neighborhood. Full permission was given to dig out the bottle dump. I’ve got blisters from raking all day, but I am super happy. 😊
The Atlanta marked bottle is flawless & was a thrill to recover. The other bottles were condiments. Pickles, olives, mustard, etc.

Great post and bottles. I always enjoy a bottle dump. Nashville should have many if not covered up. My nephew was putting in water for the city and they dug up an old horse race track. Great area to hunt.

I have always been interested in old glass. It all started when I first got married. One of my high school friends mom, gave me what was left of depression blue place settings. She said these were from Duz soap boxes. Back in the day, women would exchange blue for green, or green for sort of a pinkish color, etc. Fast forward to about three years ago, and I sold all of what she's given me some 65 years ago. The total was well into the thousands!

Later on, Below the Plains (et.al.) on YouTube sort of renewed my interest. Some of the rarer bottles, particularly soda bottles, sell in the hundreds. Oh and those beaded bowls and plates? Geez! To each his own, but is makes me wonder what the next great collecting fad will bring?!
