1920's farm shows potential

Well today I went with the wife to a good friends farm. While the wife was visiting I was swingin. I figured since the place was built in 28' it was worth takin a look. Like most farms the iron in the ground was ridiculous. But I took my time and managed a few keepers. I was concentrating on signals 5 inches or deeper. Got some memorials from the 60's with the newest being a 72'. These were all at the 4.5 to 5 inch mark. Got the 61' rosie at about 6 inches and the 2 wheats at the 6 to 6.5 inch range. The wheats are a 45 S and a 41 D. So not bad for a little detective work. I think with a good rain to rehydrate the soil I might have a decent spot. Its a small farm at only 5 acres, But thats still enough to keep me busy for a while.
Luck in the hunt,
:icon_pirat:

From the land of the Bluenose.....I think you are right as with a little rain the place could produce some real keepers. Stick with me bouy!
