Hard to say. Not the greatest strike and it's been cleaned....probably dipped. The wear rating might be AU but it's unlikely you could get AU money for it.

I agree with a lot of what you said but the coins has not been dipped. This pic's lighting isnt the best. Ill post another later.

I'm leaning on EF maybe AU. Value about $50.
