Hi Crawdigger , Only had access to an activities area and most of the camp sites sits under a housing estate today. One day trip with 4 hour travel time in both ways. Limited time . Next time may be.

Great finds !!
Frankston Victoria AUSTRALIA; had me confused for a moment. I was thinking US and I knew the first one in the States was at Valley Forge, Pa. I was a Scout at the Jamboree in Newport Beach, California in 1953 and today that area is the massive Newport Center Shopping Center (off 'Jamboree Road'). The only remnants of the '53 Jamboree is a plaque dedicated to the 50,000 Scouts who participated.

Nice finds,good site to hunt,I like finding Boyscout items. Can't figure out how to put the Like on this thread.
 

Imagine how long it took some of them to travel there in 1935!
