1936-D buffalo nickel 3 1/2 leg

I just found 11 of these in the coins I have. Are they really as rare as everyone says?

It's the 1937 that has 3 legs.

My latest Coin Values magazine (April 2006) lists the coin as follows...
G4=$300.00 VG8=$400.00 F12= 4500.00 VF20= $700.00 EF40=$1200.00

Just remember that pricing is always subjective....
