Yeah, hard to find a spot that hasn't been hunted pretty hard. I usually have better luck hunting the outer edges, near spots where people might sit or picnic rather than the fields themselves.

Oh, I don't know. You seem to be digging signals that are good VDIs. The area may have been detected before. Maybe even a lot! BUT, if they're skipping over and around these good signals, ASS-UMING they are just junk, they are ALSO skipping good stuff too.

Learn your machine as well as you can and stick with your persistence. It WILL pay off! I GARR-ON-TEE it!

Also, shift your definition a bit. Look again, you were NOT "skunked"!

Good job and thanks for sharing!

hey at least you got out and did some digging...

I have to hunted a 1940's baseball field. When I think of those, I think of treasure. Because back than Baseball was the 2000's version of Football. Kids running around playing while Mom and Dad pulled coins out and dropped them at the concession stand, it was the life. I didn't find anything but clad when I hunted. It's been killed hard there, but I know a 4 Franklin half's were dug in the same hole about two years ago there..
