Reminds me of a Studebaker.

That is a weird one. Those wide flat fenders got me stumped. The cab looks like a 40's International, but the body line doesn't match up. Is there any info on the motor or mfg. tags left on it? The White trucks had flat wide fenders on some, but I don't think it's one of those.

no motor info or tags, what im stumped about is the way the doors are curved in line with the fenders, all of the internationals i have seen all have square doors.its a flatbed dually with a 10 foot bed if that helps any.my brother seams to think its a straight 6 motor.

Weren't the headlights on the fenders of the 1940 (and above) on those International pickups?

Definitely not International as in the 40's they all had split v angled windshields. This does look like a rareish 1940's Chevy GMC COE cabover pickup the flat wide fenders that curve into the shape of the bottom of the door leads me to believe that. The COE cabover pushed the cab forward so the doors and fenders collided. there wasn't room for both.
heres a link to a pic of one you guys tell me? Cheers http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/pnwtm/gmc_dump1.jpg

Back of the Boat got it. It couldn't be a Chevy or GMC because it has a flathead six. GM trucks had over head valves. Dang! REO..... I kept thinking White or Diamond T, but I knew there was one I couldn't wrap my brain on. It's an R.E.O. Speed Wagon. Cool find. Now start piecing & packing that thing out a there. Those parts will have value.

Back of the Boat got it; it's a 1947 REO Speed Wagon. Here's a comparison; it even has the area where the light is missing/rusted-out on top of the cab.

I'll remove my previous post to avoid any confusion for new readers.
