I would keep them. While not of any value it is unusual to find coins over 50 years old looking that good. The mintmark on the 46 is just smooshed but I always keep wheat cents!

in 1964 the Denver mint produced a little over 3.75 billion pennies and mintage of the '65 penny was close to 1.5 billion. Those are in nice shape but not keepers in my book, but that's just me personally. Lots of other people would probably hang on to them. The '46 is just beat up. Personally it would go in with my thousands of other wheats even though it really has no special value.

Speaking of value, probably still worth more than the face value in scrap. (?)
Not that you can buy anything with a penny these days!
