1953 Indiana Dog Tax Tag

Just dug up a 1953 Dog tax tag and I know nothing about them and can't find mine anywhere. Any of you guys know anything about them?

Lol I'm not interested in finding the original owner. I meant that I couldn't find that style anywhere. Most of the Indiana ones that I saw were crude designs that slightly resembled the shape of the state and were usually 30s and earlier.
