1954 home relic

First real hunt down, a nice modern suburban home in Cleveland. Apologies for the next couple posts but you guys are great at IDing. First up is this cool little thing. Looks to be maybe half a locket or some sort of jewelry. Looks heart shaped or a strawberry. Looks to have a little gild inside.

I think it might have been a pin. Looks like it had attachments at the top and bottom for the pin.

Looks like those dimples on the surface once held either cut glass or Rhine stones. Looks like there might still be a few on the upper side of the first pic.

I believe it’s part of a thimble ring that has separated from the band.
