Hi you all, I am a new memeber from hannibal, missouri. I have been doing some metal detecting around here with a few finds, but I find it is easier to find good coins thru coin roll hunting. I have recently starting doing this and i have had some good luck. My first box of halves i got 9 40%ers! I tried some pennies and got 5 wheats out of ten dollars worth. I then tried a box of nickles and got a 1937 indian head, a 1942 nickle and a very strange 1961 mint error coin. It has a large v pointing into his head with the same v on the back side. I can tell it was done during minting because it has all worn evenly. I dont have any batteries in the camera right now, but I will try and post some pics when I do. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this before? And if it might be of value?

Honestly, sounds to me as if someone took some snips to it. Will be able to tell with photo, but probably post mint damage.

Hey guys all joking aside, it really does look like a error coin. I could tell if it was done with snips or not and it seems as if it was a messed up die or something. I promise I will get my camera going and take a pic.
