1963 franlin error?

hi everyone found this when i was looking at my coins i have collected. its a 1963 franlin and the rim is missing on part of it like a thin mint error and so thought i would ask your thoughts. its thin where the rims missing it weight is 12.6 grams while the other franklins are 12.5 hope the pics show if not i will work on them &^^%$+ camera..lol

caused by misaligned dies most likely - neat but not much demand for them and not much extra value. sorry, siegfried schlagrule
 

The good thing is that there is no error in it being silver :headbang:
