I’d venture to guess that would be considered Mint Damage, as opposed to an Error Coin. I’ve not seen anything like it. Good luck!

It may be a delamination, but I can't say for sure from the pictures. A normal clear picture of the whole coin is best, screenshots from a microscope are too pixelated.
