1964 prices

Whats the average price of 1964 silver right now to buy/sell? Just wondering what the prices range from. I've been seeing 12-13x face.

Also, has anyone on here ever invested in the precious metals IRAs as advertised all over radio and TV? Anyone have experience with good places over bad ones? I've been doing research, and prices range all over the place for safekeeping, etc.

Uh, any investment that has restrictions on access to your money like IRA's, 401K's & other programs are NOT for me; one never knows what tomorrow holds I'd rather have unlimited access to mt money when & how I want it than play with a stacked deck.
