i was hunting a old front yard the other day and i yanked this massive coin out the other day. i saw the obverse first, or maby its the reverse. anyway i thought i found a older king george penny at first. anyway its in great shape . willy

Yup, that sure would get my attention as well. Since I can't read a darn thing without glasses, I'd probably get all the way home thinking it was an oldie.

I had that happen a few years back. I was detecting a remote ghost town and for a split second I thought it was a KG. Then when I flipped it over and saw the young queen looking up at me, I realized I had been fooled.

Look at the bright side; you found a large copper!
