1969-s with odd mint mark

I found this in my rolls, look at the"s" it's touching the 9 in the date. Is this any kind of special error?

No, it's not a mint error. Back then the mint marks were hand punched on the dies (up until the mid-eighties). You will note that the mint mark tends to "wander" on the same coins issued during a year at a specific mint. As multiple dies are used for the production run, none are exact with regards to mint mark placement.
