1970 US Quarter-Canadian 1964???

Is this one of those 1970s' quarters stamped over the Canadian quarter?

My understanding is it's a proof 1970 over a silver 1941 Canadian quarter.

Thats right 1941, I cant see if the 1941 is on the back, but the ring on the front seems odd.

Exactly. That coin was on the end of a machine roll at one time.
