1972 D doubling .?

Pics are blurry, but I see no sign of any doubling.

Let's try this another way. Where exactly do you think you see doubling?
 

It looks like machine doubling to me. Also known as mechanical doubling and several other terms.

NGC has an excellent write up on Doubled Die vs Mechanical Doubling. Reading this and other similar commentaries can help understand the difference.

i would also suggest a good digital camera. I have had mine for about 20 years. When mounted on tripod, I get high quality, high resolution, stable images, that are easily zoomed. It will cost a bit, but if you plan on posting a lot of images, your work will look a lot better.

... or at least a good photo editing program. See if this helps.

Have had the argument with my wife time after time. That isn't a double die coin.
