1972 JFK

Going thru Fridays box I noticed this coin. So I put the loupe on it and noticed this doubling. Is it machine doubling of die doubling. The part under his nose looks like die and the part between his lips looks like machine. I did find another 1972 with the same under nose double without the part between the lips. If it were machine doubling wouldn't it show up on other parts of the coin? Where is that new addition of the Cherry Pickers Guide when I need it.

Looks like machine doubling to me, but I always have trouble telling also.
