1987 Half

Going through my second box ever of halves, and pulled out a 1987P ender. How often do you guys find these?

That's kinda cool. I don't find too many of those myself. Ive gone through about $12,000 in halves so far this year and I think I've only found one or two '87D's and probably less than a full roll of both P's and D's since I've CRHing the past few years.

How often do we find it as an ender, or just how often do we find them in general? I have only only found 1 as an ender ever in yrs, I only noticed it because it was a proof. I find them often enough though that I have probably a couple of rolls of them now. HH, Maverick.

I find an average of like 1 a week

I've found a dozen or so, but I don't date check, so I'm sure I've passed many others over.

I have found like 6 87 proofs. 1 that was uncirculated, one that has a beautiful blue toning and about 10 or so regular 87's. I think '76 proofs and silver is harder to find.
