1990 Penny with Higher 0 On Date

My Grandson and I were going Through this weeks change when he showed me a Penny with a "High Rim".
After a closer look I found the Higher 0 On the date and the reverse side has the slight bevel on left with what looms like Doubled Lettering on United States? Appreciate
Your help and as you guys Teach me I'm passing it on to my 10 yr old Grandson .

The 0 has taken a hit, probably from a rolling machine when the part that crimps the roll hit the coin. The reverse looks like simple plating issues.
