With magnification I can see doubling on the word Liberty g

Hard to see much detail from the images.
There are no known DDO's for 1999, so it's not likely you have a true doubled die coin. More than likely it is a plating issue, as that was prevalent for the year.

BTW- the first set of images show 198? and it looks like the reverse might be the same coin.

Liberty appears damaged to me. I'm not seeing a "doubled" die.

I was able to zoom in on the center one of three. Larger than a dinner plate and sharp. I see nothing.
