so after a long day of brake work on the digger mobile today. i managed a short hunt at the ball field.. 1944d Wheat, 1909d Barber Qtr to bad it was trashed. and my 1st silver pocket knife ( think i will count that as two ) best of digs to all MR TUFF

Wow, Nice Sterling knife !! I'd take it to a knife shop maybe hunting place or something and have them put a blade in it if you can't do it yourself.... I'd defiantly have it repaired maybe a antique repair place I have no idea....

Rather unusual find man ! Like an earlier respondent posted , I would certainly take the
silver to a knife maker , and have them whip up some new guts for that - You'll have a beautiful
and functional object with special meaning for you . Argentium.

1st pic is a silver Knife metal blades that is very Fa miler to yours, Im thinking after 1900's but b-4 WW2. the other 3 are Real Victorian era, full silver, fruit knives.

I've never seen a silver pocket knife, I would assume that is pretty old. Nice score, that would be a sweet hunt!

That is so sweet! My guess would be Victorian era. Only reason is that I have a sterling silver parasol knob handle that has almost the identical pattern to it.
