1st try at half dollar roll search

Just tried out $100.00 worth of halves; is it proper to just list the highlights or list all by year?

I didn't tally all, but search yielded 3 1967s, and a bi with a hole in it..

Think I'll go back and hit the other $160.00 that they had. I had called and spoke to the manager and she told me they had $260 in the vault. They were glad to help.

If I need to tally, just respond and I'll get to it.

Silver tallies are a must (for our drooling purposes!) but you don't have to list how many of each date, unless you get something unusual, like the newest one was 1992 or something.

Update:
Went back and pulled a 1965 out of the lot; guess I mistook the 6 for a 9, I don't know . Checked every one again and that's it for silver; 1- 1965, 3- 1967.

Great going aand the 1965 is a low mintage year for the 40% halves.
Keep at it is very fun and addictive also.

We seem to use the term "BU" way to much on this forum. If it came from a circulated roll the chance of it being brilliant uncirculated are slim. AU ( about uncirculated ) maybe. With a hole in it not even close.

Sorry, I must still had another post bouncing around in my mind and it just came out here. Or maybe I misread that bi with a hole in it as bu with a hole in it. I don't know. Mad Cow, maybe.
