1st Try at Harbor Beach

I thought I'd give a small beach a try close to an old public put in for small boats. I was using my AT, so was confined to the dry sand this trip. After 300 years of use by small boaters, the detector was sounding off like a broke car alarm! Bit of brass, tin, aluminum were driving me nuts. After digging 4 beer cans 14-16" deep, I started to hate lazy beer drinkers I managed to locate some modern clad between the crap, dog tag and junk bracket, but nothing precious. Great day put digging for sure, but I'll have to bring the CZ down there and hunt the water before it freezes
