2 1969 s pennies

found this pennies and Again am asking humbly for help or opinions. If this real double die observe (both) and the other has a lot of groove and scratches, Coin still have a value at all?thanks in advance

Can't really tell on my phone. Doesn't look like much but will reserve a full opinion for those who can get a better view. I always check for doubled dies, especially those 1969 cents (and 55, 72, and 95)

What characteristics (please be specific) of these two coins lead you to believe they may be DDO? I see nothing, but sometimes my trifocals get in the way.
