2 coppers from colonial woods

Spent Sunday morning scouting with Jim. Found a spot I had my eye on and it turned out to be fantastic!

100% colonial woods. Perfect swinging conditions.

Pulled a KGII and another unidentifiable copper. Also grabbed the nicest square nail I've seen and a musketball. The large tombac is domed and one of the nicest buttons I've dug yet.

I agree with Crusader.....that's a great key too that you didn't mention. I haven't had much luck in wooded areas. I have a couple areas I am gonna try if the weather breaks and the ground thaws enough. Awesome finds and Thank You for the pics.
