So I left work early yesterday. I had to make it to a cornfield quick, not a whole lot of time to get to certain spots.
Yesterday I found the snake ring. It is not stamped, but looks sized and welded so its probably old gold. Ill have to wait for the test.
Today I found my first college class ring. Boston College 1938. Only one letter in the initials is even remotely legible. I almost gave up on this signal too. I think it was below zero this morning...so an iffy signal was almost passed up. Its a good thing I didn't because the 14 gram fatty plopped out.
Signet ring, another one off bucket list I hit tonight, 14k. And right next to it was another gold ring with "SOLIDGOLD" stamped on the inside. Thats an old one, probably 6kt.
Then there is the chain. I don't even know if its gold, unmarked looks old. Looks gold too. Not a bad total if its all gold. Chain might be brass...same with snake ring. Still over an oz WOOT!
