I bought these and are wondering how much there worth or if i got ripped off...

I am not sure of the value, but if you paid 2 cents, I am pretty sure you didn't get ripped off!

This is pretty common on steel cents, not sure of the value but I would imagine no more than a few dollars each.

They appear to be re plated. Which is not uncommon on the 1943. Also as far as doubling goes really need better pictures.
 

Good point on the replating, that would not help any value. Often what appears to be doubling on steel cents is nothing more than die erosion, the steel planchets were tough on the dies.
 

While there are several repunched mint mark varieties, there is one boldly repunched D with some value. Your pictures are not clear enough to see if yours is this variety. None of the repunched S varieties have any great value.1943 Date Guide - coppercoins.com

If you don't mind saying what did you pay for them and where'd you get them?
