The 1st one I nicknamed the lead lollipop and the other
might be for a pair of overalls-stamped hickory.Its no bigger than one in sq.

That "lead lollipop" is a Foster style rifled slug. Fired from a shotgun,used for deer or bear hunting.The one you have there is modern,with a plastic piece of the wad attached.

Close...It's a saboted bullet for a muzzle loader. I shoot them during deer season . Monty

I shoot sabbots also during muzzleloader I've never seen one like that before, however it looks exactly like the shotgun
slugs that I use.
