I came across what appears to be a 2000 Lincoln Penny Misstrike DDB in my spare change last night. Is anyone familiar with this type of issue occurring in 2000?


At first glance....

2000 is slightly stamped (smooth to the touch)
LIB is slightly stamped (smooth to the touch)
IN GOD is slightly stamped (smooth to the touch)
Appears to be a DDB.
Beard looks awkward.

Thoughts?

Update1: Took it by the local coin professional and he said the worth is likely $1-$4. I kept it.
